FrostPlow

The FrostPlow easily separates topsoils and subsoils whether in rocky ground, tree roots, or stubble fields using replaceable carbide penetration teeth. This rugged plow is simple in design, has no moving parts, easy to maintain and ensures accurate depth control.

Once plowing has been completed, each layer of soil can easily be removed and piled, leaving a smooth, clean and workable surface.

Topsoil aggregates will resist erosion as a result of their size, however will easily break-up when reapplied during reclamation. Excessive soil pulverizing can cause considerable erosion problems and possible topsoil loss. Summer months tend to be the best for reclamation and the most cost effective. Spring and summer thaw will naturally reduce aggregate size and further breakdown will be achieved during the spreading and reclaiming process.

Accurate soil separation will simplify reclamation projects and return your worksites to their natural state.
